  • A Black Mountain kind of day

Over Black Mountain then down to Black Mountain Point on Lake George. Back up and past Black Mountain ponds and out. 10.9 miles 2772 feet of elevation on Alltrails. You never get tired of what you are looking at on this one.

That one never gets old. The west side trail from the lake is a real gem. Lots of excellent loops are possible using the Lakeshore Trail once you come to Black Mountain Point. That way you can return a different way and see even more cool stuff.

Did you visit the old foundations or the chimney of the Horicon Pavillion while you were at Black Mountain Point?

Cyrus Butler. Horicon Pavillion. Tons of cool relics on that chuck of land.
