After a century of hard work, the DEC plans to re-stock an extirpated species back into Lake Tear. This species was fished out in the late 1800's and it is thought that the great Teddy Roosevelt caught the last one in 1901.

But is Lake Tear of the Clouds big enough? Seems like there could be run-ins with hikers, due to the small size of the lake. Its a bad idea. Lake Champlain is at least 3 times bigger than Lake Tear of the Clouds. I feel like I'm taking crazy pills!I might be kidding...Comment
