Delete button is gone

Delete button is gone again.

Well, even weirder... when looking at posts I made years ago, I can see the edit button on them....

So it seems to show up on some posts but not all? Maybe it's sub-forum specific?

Well, weird. It shows up on that comment. But when I got back and view other comments it is missing from them. Does it maybe disappear after a set period of time?

The edit button appears to have disappeared entirely for me... Maybe it's right in front of me and I'm just blind, but I can't seem to figure out how to edit any of my posts or comments.

The pic above is a post I made in the Beta discussion. I wanted to delete it and make it a comment/reply. As the pic shows there was no delete option. It's not a huge deal. But, noticeable.

This is on a comment you made? I see on my test site I cannot delete comments either, and there is no custom configuration on that site, so I think it is, oddly enough, by design. I will look into it, though, in the event it is a bug in the software.

TFR this is the post that I wanted to delete. The option to delete it was (and is still) not there.



In this thread we're in right now, I see the option to delete my OP if I hit edit.

Delete button is gone. Realized that I made a comment rather than a reply. I went to delete it and the delete post button is gone.

If you EDIT, there is a DELETE choice there.
