Scat - Unusual

Anyone know what kind of critter left this on the slope of Halcott?
Sorry if the picture came out small but this whole re-sizing thing has me flumoxed. In any event the actual size of these "frosted' things is about 1/3 again bigger than a deer pellet.

I can't see the picture for beans, but from the word "frosted" I'd guess a large bird, probably grouse or turkey.
