I am a 46er I cross post at ADKForum
Running Rochester
I will be taking my son on a college visit to Rochester this coming weekend. While there I would like to take a 13+ mile run.
Can anyone recommend a running trail or area to run.?

Alistair,

Mendon Ponds is a good spot for trail running, just south of Rochester. There are several trail running events there throughout the year,

MAP

I usually combine the North Meadow and Easy Esker trails, but you could add South Meadow and/or Quaker Pond for more mileage.

That's funny... I'm taking my youngest to Rochester on Friday to look at UR, then we're picking up my oldest from Geneseo and bringing him back for the rest of the summer.
