4-6 Hour Hikes for Large Group?

Hello ADKHighPeaks Community,

I am coming to you all for some help. I have a staff retreat coming up for ~15 college age kids and I want to do a 4 to 6 hour RT hike somewhere in the Adirondacks. The group has a mix of experienced hikers and some who are out of shape and I haven't hiked too many trails out here. Does anyone know some trails with rewarding hiking and views for a large group, with out of shape hikers?

I am located near Saranac Lake, so hopefully nothing that is too far(an hour away) would be nice, but I'm flexible.

Any help is greatly appreciated!
