I am a 46er I am a Catskill 35er I cross post at ADKForum
Blackhead bushwhack from Colgate Lake?

Was in the Colgate Lake Wild Forest today, and I noticed that there are a lot of old roads in the vicinity, especially in the first couple of miles on the trail to Dutcher Notch. I was curious- has anyone here explored these old roads? Some of them definitely head uphill towards the Blackhead Range. Seems like it could make for an interesting bushwhack route...
