  • Questions about watercolor scene of Flowed Lands

    I just came across a Robert Plumb watercolor print: "Flowed Lands". Photo attached (I hope) to this post, and also at this link. http://www.robertplumbartwork.com/de...e=Flowed+Lands
    Can anyone recognize the point of view, direction of view, and the distant mountains? I don't know any of these answers, though I have one guess.
    Keep in mind that the artist may not have been going for photographic accuracy.

    i would guess the perspective is from the western shoreline somewhere between the old dam and the trail junction/register looking north. with this assumption the mountains would be iroquois (L) and algonquin (R).
