ok, hiked with Marguerite in 5 hours....she's 65 going on 25...she's working on her grid....i'm working on the Advil and will take a bath with WD-40 to soak my knees.....winter conditions....I overdid it with my knees....didn't hurt going up bit killed later on the decline....wife still not talking to me....hope the chocolate I picked up on 28 will fix the problem..yea the views were awesome...others were making there way up with no crampons, trail runners and cotton...Margurrite said "no way"...hope they are ok....will post pics...3 hikes in 5 days...almost 30 miles...not a good idea for me...need to get ready for the 14th...

I was working in Elka Park yesterday and kept listening to see if you were there on the Hurricane Ledges, must be the wind was blowing the other way.
