private message popup missing?

I am using Firefox 2.0 and I've noticed the past few PM's I've gotten I don't get the popup. I just checked my options and I do have the popup set to ON and I also went into firefox and made use that adkhighpeaks.com is allowed for popups but I just sent myself a PM and no popup notice. Anybody else notice this or is it just me?

I get Pop-ups but on a sporadic basis. It depends who sends me the message I guess.

There are bugs with all of the "notifications" functions in this latest version of vBulletin (but till your PM note, it was limited to thread notification that I've heard). I think patches are coming on line, and when they come out, I'll install them. In the mean time, the best that you can do is to sign-off, empty the cache and then log back in. Hopefully a new "cookie" with the proper settings will be written. My notifications seem to be working properly after that.

This is an ongoing issue with vBulletin and, according to their own boards, they are working on it. We'll do the best we can to continue to install patches and fixs. Many are, as you indicate Browser specific. I use Safari and I have a different set of "issues" to contend with.
