Interestingly, I am unable to open this site at work. However, I can visit all the other forums that I regularly use. Go figure.

If any person or business uses any filters, a perfectly clean, uncontroversial website will be unavailable unless it has one of the ratings like cyberpatrol, safesearch, etc embedded in it's meta tags.. If the filter does not detect a rating of any kind, it blocks it.

Hmm, I just noted that my title is now "consultant". Does that mean I get paid?

It depends on the filtering software. The one at my workplace blocks this forum, plus another ADK one, any sports site, all free email sites (yahoo mail, hotmail, etc.), most photo storage sites, most blogs and even now they block the Google cached copy of any blocked site.

Yah, I know ... I'm supposed to be working.
