No moose in the ADK High Peaks?

I tried to load my 18.2 KB "GIF" galloping moose that I use on VFTT and got a message that 10 KB is the limit (??).

I guess the moose is NOT on the loose! Too bad, I liked your galloping moose on VfTT. Maybe use a still image, or make it smaller?
