Hi, ADK1,
So, are you going to tell us a bit more about your trip?
Did I see shots of Seward and Hope?
Looks like spring has not yet arrived in the great north country.

GULP - WOW.........
thanks for sharing
Long airplane ride.
Temp 40-50 during the day, 20's at night.
Anchorage sunset 10:30, Fairbanks 1:30AM
Had a good time overall. No problems
What a state- It's a desert of Scrub Pine.
Those balls in the tree were buoys down in Seward.
Spent a few days in the deep woods, and a few days traveling the state.
I don't think that it gets much better than the Denali Highway scenery.
Fairbanks isn't worth the time, but Pikes Hotel is worth checking out by the river.
I suggest the catch of the day Halibut In Seaward.
Great state Im going back soon.
The Alaskan Ambers and local brewry is outstanding.
hope that was a okay trip report ......its was a good trip ..but i missed the Adirondacks ..i'm ready for the season in these woods now ..what a diffrence it the land and layout ....just so much space is amazing .....i would have to say we have a much more intresting style of forest in these parts....to many crazey people with guns up there/......
