Baxter State Park Question

I have reservations for a two night stay at Baxter State Park. As a non-resident, their website says that I have to pay a $14/carload entry fee, but is unclear as to whether this is a one-time fee, or a per-day fee. In other words, does anyone know if I'll be charged $14 at the gate or $42 for the three days I'll be in the park?

Do you have a reservation at say Roaring Brook? I thought that the day use fee doesn't apply if you have a reservation for a campsite/leanto. The 5am stampede at the gate doesn't apply too I think as you have a guaranteed car parking (which is separate from the day use parking at least at Roaring Brook...

You might just call the park office in Millinocket, they could answer your question in a jiffy...

You have to pay a one time vehicle fee when you enter the park. Well worth it IMHO!!
